False claim that St. Eustache was an "Assisted-Living" facility when a Manitoba Housing Project where Andy Bouchard relocated his father against his will.
Andy Bouchard, in his rage, had called his out-of-town siblings and misled them with false accusations and information to get them to support his cause to evict his father from his home of over fifty years, all the while concealing the Right of Occupancy Agreement he had with his father since September 2002!
Andy Bouchard informed his siblings that their father was being placed in an "assisted living complex"which turned out to be a low-rental Manitoba Housing Complex six miles out. St. Eustache Manor is not an assisted living complex but open to any tenants.
Covertly working "behind the scenes" for which Andy is famousfor and has done all his life since Grade school, on January 30, 2006, Andy Bouchard convinced his sisters and brother to email lawyer David Bradley to insist that despite having had his power ofattorney revoked, Andy Bouchard manage his father's personal injury lawsuit which Andy himself had opened on his father's behalf ~ without his father's knowledge, and to come against their sister of B.C. through emails/letters to the Headingley RCMP.
Andy Bouchard demanded to bepaid the first $2,500 for "all his trouble at the hospital"....

Andy Bouchard informed his sister that he had done some "discrete" telephone callsto witnesses anddetermined that thechurch wasnegligent in not sandingthe icy sidewalks for the funeral. Andy had been looking tocommence a personalinjury claim on behalf of his father.
It is Lionel Bouchard's belief that Andy then approached his own lawyer Greenberg of Portage La Prairie, to initiate a power of attorney in favour of himselfand Lynda Staub. In affidavits, these family abusers falsely claimed that Lionel Bouchard had commenced a power of attorney in Portage La Prairie, but never gotten around to signing it...
Incredibly, in an email to lawyer David Bradley, Andy Bouchardis claiming that his sister, not he, had openedup a personal injury claim - when the power of attorney used to open the claim was in Andy Bouchard's name. Having witnessed the deceit with respect to how Andy Bouchard had obtained the power of attorney at the Grace Hospital, his sister sensing something awry, had accompanied Andy, not trusting his motives after seeing howher father had blatantly refused for over half hour to sign thedocument until tricked by Andy Bouchard in so doing, without his knowledge!
