Letter to Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation slandering sister of B.C. penned by Lynda Staub and Claire Demery especially in light of the fact that in affidavit to the Court in Portage, Lynda Staub admits there had been no issues with her sister until her father had fallen.....interesting.....how many of similar letters are floating around there?
The "assault" charge laid by Lionel Bouchard he admitted on the stand whereby no assault ever occurred. Andy Bouchard had driven his fatherto the Headingley RCMP to charge his sister in retaliation for Andy Bouchard having been charged by his father with theft of his cellular phone and a No Contactwas placed against Andy Bouchard.
The problems Lynda Staub refers to in this letter, is the fact that Lionel Bouchard's wishes and legal right to remain in his home as per agreement signed in 2002 were illegally breached by Andy Bouchard in evicting his father from his home of over fifty years!
All discreditation and charges instigated by Andy Bouchard primarily, as business-educated sister was the only sibling at the time who was aware of Andy Bouchard's deceptionwith respect to her father's rights - standing up against Andy Bouchard, at a great cost to her by virtue of Andy Bouchard's scheming calls to authorities oblivious to his abuse to his father and mother, who to ensure that he not be exposed, made multiple contacts to clients, family, etc., slandering and impacting his sister's career, in the interim.
