Lionel Bouchard living at 12345 - 234th Street, Maple Ridge, B.C. February to August 2008.
Contrary to Lionel Bouchard's affidavit, Lionel Bouchard was not living in a "small apartment", next to a washer and dryer with no privacy, as Lionel Bouchard describes in his application for ex-parte Protection Orders against his daughter of B.C. and her significant other, where he lived with in luxury for three years!
Lionel Bouchard perjured himself immediately after Andy Bouchard breached the second of two Protection Orders against himself, Lynda Staub, and Claire Demery, who coerced their father, by way of threats.
In order to reverse these three protection orders - Lionel Bouchard knowingly perjured himself with yet another infamous typed list (from Andy Bouchard & Lynda Staub) of "totally false accusations" against both his daughter and significant other.
Lionel Bouchardrecanted at trial his testimony admitting he had lied and pressed false assault charges against his daughter in 2006 after being driven to the Headingley RCMP Detachment byAndy Bouchard.
As a result of this of this false accusation, Andy Bouchard & Lynda Staub pressured Crown McDuff to contact their mother Jeannette Van Steelant to have the order varied. Crown's comment to Jeannette Van Steelant the purpose was in order to prevent their sister from coming to Manitoba in fear she would assist her father in returning home.
After a call from the hospital bed placed by Andy Bouchard's on his cellular, at the request of Jeannette Van Steelant, this daughter of B.C. came out to visit her mother. At the hospital, Jeannette Van Steelant requested to return once again with her daughter to the Burzynski Clinic in Houston, Texas, in a last attempt to save her life, as the doctors in Winnipeg had given no hope!
Learning of this plan to return to Houston, Texas, Andy Bouchard carried their mother, heavily sedated on morphine, not lucid to those who know her, to the Stonewall Detachment to have his sister charged with "attempted kidnap" and breaching the order not to come to Manitoba, which order should had grounds for appeal in that their mother was not party to the charges pressed by her ex-husband Lionel Bouchard, assault charges he later admitted were false! On the stand at trial, Lionel Bouchard admitted there was "NO ASSAULT" this after perjuring himself to the RCMP, to the Crown and the Courts - without repercussions or consequences! Lionel Bouchard thinks nothing of perjuring himself once again in 2011, thinking there will be no consequences?
Lionel Bouchard's in B.C. at daughter's, private bedroom and bathrooom in rancher. 12345 - 234th Street, Maple Ridge, B.C. February to August 2008 First home - by no means a small apartment as claimed by Lionel Bouchad!
In an affidavit, Lionel Bouchard perjures himself claiming he was living in a "small apartment", that he was isolated and kept as a "prisoner"!
His daughter moved from a three-bedroom rancher in Maple Ridge to a two-storey house in Pitt Meadows, at more cost to her, in order to comfortably accommodate her father.
Lionel Bouchard was blessed with half the upstairs to claim as his own, in a newer home, a van outside to which he had a key around his neck 24/7. Lionel Bouchard was at liberty to come and go as he pleased as hehad a key to the house as well! Concerned about the "faster drivers of B.C." he preferred to have his daughter chauffeur him where ever he wanted to go.
Contrary to his claim, Lionel Bouchard had his cellular phone in his pocket at all times with the exception of the last few months when he missed too many calls he did not hear. It was then that he placed it on her desk downstairs in her office so she could monitor any calls - calls mostly from Mike Slegers! The cellular was visible at all times and accesssible to Lionel Bouchard. However, Lionel Bouchard preferred to use his daughter's landline to save on roaming costs from Manitoba.

His daughter taught him how to use a debit card, and he could access funds anywhere, anytime, especially when he refilled his prescriptions and then went to London Drugs and the bank in the same mall.
As Mike Slegers refused to return his documents which were in his carry-on bag, his daughterordered a new birth certificate and passport for him which he maintained in his wallet.
The exception was the passport she paid for as quite often without notice fuel up in the States and it would have been impossible if her father did not have his passport on him. Hence she had it in her purse along with hers, 24/7, other than when he carried on his person when travelling in Arizona, Yuma, California, Toronto, etc. This passport his daughter turned over to Susie Waldner in her trip to Winnipeg in 2011!
Blundell Street, Richmond, B.C. - no "apartment" as Lionel Bouchard falsely claims in his affidavitsworn to the Judge in procuring Protection Orders against his daughter and significant.
Lionel Bouchard fled his abusive children in Manitoba and lived rent- free for three years, taken advantage of their hospitality and had his daughter working thousands of hours, at her expense, to assist her father in enforcing his legal rights to his home and mortgage due to him by his son Andy Bouchard!
In the end, Lionel Bouchard threw away his rights after all the effort and years that his daughter and numerous other supporters had assisted him, paying for his lawyer $9,500 and numerous trips to Manitoba to court, at her expense, etc. only to be repaid with a PROTECTION ORDER based on perjury because Lionel Bouchard fearful he will be charged with child abuse by his abusive children in Manitoba!!!
