For over one half hour Lionel Bouchard, even in his medicated state, had refused to sign the power of attorney presented to him, knowing in his spirit these two despicable children were out to end his life financially and permanently by way of committal or drugging him in order to "silence him" for the wealth of knowledge Lionel Bouchard had which would put his son and daughter behind bars for year! Lynda Staub had brought in her lawyer - George Chapman who witnessed the illegal activity at the Grace Hospital Cafeteria in January 2006, while Lionel Bouchard was recovering from a concussion.

discharged within 24 hours of almost dieing three times when transported by ambulance and at the hospital and required 32 stitches to the back of the head, took the time to go home to shower (his own admission at lawyer's office) dropped him off at home unattended at this crucial time,
yet to ensure that his father never return home had him moved to his house, Claire Demery's house and Lynda Staub's house to ensure that he had no contact with sister from B.C. as Andy
Bouchard, while his father was in the hospital had already changed the front door lock to ensure his father never return home ~forgetting to change the back door lock as one had to step in deep snowbanks to access the night Lionel Bouchard was discharged from the hospital....

List of despicable treatment Andy Bouchard inflicted on his very own father!
The letter drafted by Lynda Staub to drop one of the two theft charges against Andy Bouchard for stealing both his father and sister's cellular phones in a fit of rage, in Andy Bouchard's usual bullying fashion, was written to convince sister of B.C. to "leave town" so that they could promptly remove their father from his home. Lynda Staub called the RCMP in the afternoon to have the charges dropped - impersonating her sister who did not meet at the farm until after 5:00 p.m. only to realize she was being deceived and who immediately flew out of town hours later realizing she was being duped and ganged up on and that her father was not safe as she was ordered off the property immediately after the signing . The next morning the letter was dropped off to the RCMP at 8:00 a.m. by Andy Bouchard in direct violation of the two "No Contact Orders" against Andy Bouchard in favour of his father Lionel Bouchard and his sister of B.C. when arrested at the Holiday Inn Banquet Room, two stolen cellular phones and binder in his possession!
These despicable heinous hate-driven-greedy siblings never had any intention of honoring their Agreement according to the justice of peace/judge spoken in Court in Portage La Prairie, February 14, 2006 when they sought a Peace Bond against this sister who was out only out of love and concern for her father who her brother had already informed her that he was comitting!
In RCMP records, there is a note that the sister (impersonated by Lynda Staub) from B.C. had called in around 4:30 if not other times stating she wanted the charges dropped when in fact sister from B.C. never farm at the farm until after 5:00 p.m.
Furthermore, Andy Bouchard immediately breached the No Contact with his father and sister by sending his wife Angie Bouchard and two sisters Lynda Staub and Claire Demery to their father's home. Andy Bouchard followed up by lieing to the RCMP stating it was "his home" not his father's legally through a life estate he had with his father and having his sister who was out for a couple days only until home care rerouted from St. Eustache to Elie removed from her father's home and forced to spend the night at a motel in Winnipeg!
