     Perjury - Obstration Justice, False Document

Andy Bouchard provided Crown and the Judge a " typed list of 32 names"

      -  some minor children and infants
      -  majority of whom were unaware their names had 
          been included in the Court Order "No Contact" list
     -   similar to the case of Lionel Bouchard.

It appears that these parties were never polled as to whether they approved of having their names listed on the "No Contact" order against sister from B.C.

   Lionel Bouchard requested his first cousin Jules Chartrand call
    daughter in B.C. while in Vancouver to inform her that her father
    wanted to have contact with her, unbeknownst to Lionel that a
   "No Contact" was in place, implemented at Andy Bouchard's
   request based on false testimony!
