                                  Illegal Letter to Caisse Populaire d'Elie
Lionel Bouchard has "#2" account, the oldest living member account since inception. In addition, Lionel Bouchard at one time was on the Board Directors.
Yet both Madeleine Fillion & Marlene Légaré were required to go through "proper procedure"despite the Caisse Populaire d'Elie accepted an email from Claire Demery whose original power of attorney, she admitted in court, she never received. 

Based on an email from Claire Demery to the Credit Union in Elie, Lionel Bouchard's overdraft for $2,000 was closed.  In addition, Claire Demery did other banking, transferring $2,000 between accounts. 

In 2010, it was discovered that Claire Demery had approached Lionel's lawyer for a copy of the power of attorney, this without consultation with Lionel Bouchard.  The original was in B.C. for "safekeeping" and not meant to override Lionel's decision-making abilities.
