    First false "assault" and numerous other charges
    against daughter of B.C.  Perjury by siblings caused her
    to await one of several trials over a period of nearly
    four months in Winnipeg and Portage La Prairie pretrial
    charges designed to keep her out of Manitoba, to isolate
    both her mother and father from her assistance. 

This victim was successful in bringing awareness to the public to prevent her brother Andy Bouchard of Portage La Prairie from committing their father, a fact that he admitted to her the second week in January 2006, confirmed by himself at the hospital in conversation with Susan Waldner, Lionel Bouchard's ex-fiancée!
