LIONEL BOUCHARD COMPLAINT TO WINNIPEG LAND TITLES OFFICE
Complaints by Lionel Bouchard with respect to actions of Lynda Staub, employee of Winnipeg Land Titles office. (See bottom page.) Numerous delayed registrations of documents.
Lynda Staub took advantage of her position acting beyond scope of her duties, as a result of conflict of interest, denying her father's rights to a life estate when completing dischargepapers for him to sign.
Lynda Staub took advantage of her position to purchase her father's mineral rights.
Lynda Staub, fraudulently typed her name to her mother's transfer paper to become joint tenant with her step-father Robert Van Steelant whereby he was forced to commence a civil action in order to sever the tenancy.
Lynda Staub aided her sister Claire Demery in registering two caveats on her mother's land, falsifying documentation purportedly witnessed by Claire Demery's daughter Nadine Demery who according to Robert Van Steelant was not present during the signing of transfer papers between her grandmother and step-grandfather at their home in Rosser.
Transfer documents signed in July 2006 but not registered at Winnipeg Land Titles until October 24, 2006, the date coincidentallywhereby Andy Bouchard, her brother, had their sister charged with "attempted kidnap of their own mother in order to save her life" when given only a 2% chance of survival in Winnipeg once again whereby the Houston, Texas Clinic had proven effective in treating their mother's cancer in 2005!
In addition, Lynda Staub provided her sister Claire Demery, of Arborg at the time, a copy of the titles for her divorce case, this without charge whereas the public is required to pay for each search.
Andy and Angie Bouchard took out a mortgage of $185,000 two days prior to Lionel Bouchard's fall on December 16, 2005. The mortgage in favour of the Royal Bank however, was not registered until February 14, 2006, at a time when four Peace Bonds had been applied by Andy & Lionel Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery against their sister dismissed without cause.
Lynda Staub had previously bragged to her step-father that she often withheld registration documents to suit herself and others, in other words not complying with the Land Titles Act requirement of filing registrations within five business days! (Click here.)
