Lynda Staub allegedly fraudulently typed her name on title at Winnipeg Land Titles, document signed July 2006, according to her step-father.
Document never registered by Lynda Staub until October 24, 2006, the day Andre Bouchard had hi sister removed from airplane headed back to B.C. Andy had her arrested after Andre Bouchard carried their mother -heavily sedated on morphine, and not lucid, into the Stonewall RCMP Detachment. Unbeknownst to their step-father Robert Van Steelant, Andy had his sister of B.C. charged with "attempted kidnap of their mother" - this despite her mother's written request to return to cancer clinic in Houston, Texas. This charge culminated in nearly four months in Winnipeg Remand & Women's Jail in Portage awaiting for charges to be stayed.

witness thesde transfer documents at her Grandmother's house in Rosser!
Lynda Staub registered these fraudulent documents!
Transfer document signed in "July 2006" NOT registered until "October 24, 2006" at which time altered document at Winnipeg Land Titles whereby Lynda Staub's name appeared as "joint owner"!!!
REGISTERED AT WINNIPEG LAND TITLES WHERE LYNDA STAUB WORKS UNTIL OCTOBER 24, 2006 - THREE MONTHS LATER!
Lynda Staub felt it was "safe" to register the transfer after Lynda Staub, along with Andy Bouchard, had their sister from B.C. arrested and charged with "attempted kidnap" of their mother, who had authorized their trip to the Burzynski Clinic. Charges eventually "stayed" in February 2007, however sister forced to sit in Remand awaiting trial. Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub had convinced Jeannette Van Steelant to request "No Contact in Manitoba only" as a means to ensure father could not be assisted in retaining his rights to his home.
