"No Contact" order varied twice in Port Coquitlam Court house in B.C.  This was Probation Order insistence of  after Andy Bouchard installed an illegal chain on the inside of his father's door in the St. Eustache Manor & broken attributed to his sister as no one witnessed.  Laurent Houde in his testimony to the RCMP stated he had not seen anything and on the stand, 9 months laster changed his testimony to state he saw a broken chain.


Lynda Staub's husband Robert, as well as Roland Bouchard all entered Lionel Bouchard's room after daughter from B.C. had left.  There were no witnesses who saw how the door and chain were broken.  Neither the judge nor accused lawyer or Crown were made aware the chain was "illegally" installed until after the trial was over.  Manitoba Housing demanded it be removed for safety reasons and as illegal according to the fire department regulations!


Lionel Bouchard, as well as all the tenants in St. Eustache Manor, had been ordered by Andy Bouchard, after Andy passed a picture of his sister to all the residents, to immediately call "911" any time they even as much as saw his sister from B.C. as earlier that day, four Peace Bonds had been dismissed.

In fact the Judge ruled it was not an emergency to move Lionel Bouchard from his home and he  recommended getting Lionel Bouchard to a lawyer to settle his life estate claim.


Andy Bouchard was terrified that his father would enforce his legal right into his home in Elie of over fifty years and knew that his sister would ensure that her father's rights were not violated - hence the commencement of harassment by the RCMP who were deceived by Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub's numerous false accusations to ensure their father remain evicted out of his home of over fifty years.

Lionel Bouchard initiated meeting with Crown in Winnipeg to request his name be removed from a list he had no knowledge of this after learning his name was on this "list" submitted by Andy Bouchard.
