In October 2011, shortly after arriving back to Manitoba after Andy Bouchard breached the second of two Protection Orders placed against Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery, Lionel Bouchard was coerced to apply for and was granted ex-parte protection order against daughter and significant other based on perjury - totally falseallegations.
This occurred immediately after the second of threeprotection orders against Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery were removed with the assistance of Peggy Keough and Margaret Bouchard of Keewatin who appeared in court with Lionel Bouchard to remove the orders in September 2011. It is evident that the law of absolute factor is working here in that Lionel Bouchard lives in fear of standing up to his children who have threatened him with jail for child sexual molestation.
To avoid going to jail a reality in Lionel Bouchard's mind, Lionel Bouchard forced, as in the past, and once again is perjuring himself forced to sign any and all paperwork placed in front of him to prevent himself from facing his accusations, whether true or false, in order not to avoid going to jail as threatened with by Lynda Staub!
