While there was a "No Contact" in force, Andy Bouchard stalked his sister outside the St. Eustache Manor in an older black van and Andy Bouchard called 911 whereby the RCMP investigated.
 
The Constable Pasquini tried unsuccessfully to assist sister from B.C. to see her father at the St. Eustache Manor. 

Lionel Bouchard had been ordered by Andy Bouchard NOT to have any contact whatsoever with his daughter who Andy feared would assist her father with legal resources, yet he called the RCMP to the Manor in St. Eustache.

The officer was told that Lionel was in bed, when in fact, minutes before, in the presence of Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Doreen Bouchard, Lionel had been on the telephone.

Drug-induced fear paralyzed Lionel Bouchard based on false allegations to ensure that he was frightened isolating him from any help from his daughter who came out from B.C. to remain in his home.

False allegations were overhead at the St. Eustache Manor by both Laurent Houde and Ben Lachance, residents of the manor, who handed  this sister a pen and paper to make notes of slanderous accusations
