PERJURY BY FAMILY ABUSERS
In May 2008, Lionel Bouchard returned to Winnipeg,
Manitoba, to attend court in order to obtain a possession order
to his home of over fifty years & to settle unpaid debts
(mortgage primarily) from son Andy Bouchard.

Civil Action
Lionel entered into a Life Estate Agreement in
September 2002, which his son Andy Bouchard concealed
from his siblings when he convinced his sisters to assist
him in evicting their father from his home in January 2006!
Lionel Bouchard's children deceived the judicial system
by way of false statements, affidavits, to judges, crown,
RCMP, lawyers, government officials, using the
system to deprive their father of his legals rights.
In May 2008, Lionel Bouchard accepted Mike Slegers' invitation to stay
with him pending being granted a possession order in court for his
home of over 50 years in Elie, Manitoba when "illegally evicted" by
son Andy Bouchard who refused to honour his legal agreement with his
father entered into in September 2002.
Mike Slegers had met Lionel Bouchard in Moosomin and escorted him
to St. Francois in May 2008. Mike Slegers then later "turned" on
Lionel Bouchard, as a result of being offered "more money -
$5,000" by Andy Bouchard - this by Mike Slegers own
admission.
Later on after Lionel Bouchard was escorted out of the province by his
lawyer, Mike Slegers tried to extort $5,000 from Lionel
Bouchard claiming that was $5,000 (coincidentally the same
amount Andy Bouchard was to have paid Mike Slegers "for returning
their father back to them" quote Claire Demery who made the offer to
Mike Slegers on behalf of her brother - a small price to pay as opposed
to the legal fees of $8,000 Andy Bouchard had already agreed to
reimburse his father's lawyer, and the $7,000 Lionel Bouchard still
carried as well as rent his father was forced to pay since February
2006, the loss or rental revenue on the Bouchard farmstead which
Andy Bouchard collected renting out his father's home designed
to block his father's return to his home.
Mike Slegers, up until his death, refused to release Lionel Bouchard
which he deliberately allowed to be flooded at his home in St. Francois
where Mike Slegers lived based on a life estate agreement he held for
years with the purchasers of his farmland, the same type of life
estate Andy Bouchard had been refusing to honour with his father!
