Andy Bouchard denied its existence ~ until he HIMSELF PROVIDED COPIES OF THE AGREEMENT in court in August 2008 ~ existence of which he denied to family ever existed!

fJanuary 2006, to his siblings Andy Bouchard denied the existence of a life-time Life Estate Agreement entered into with his father into in September 2002!

Lionel Bouchard's personal paperwork in his bedroom had been destroyed by Andy Bouchard while his father was in the hospital. 

In concealing this legal document, Andy Bouchard was able to convince his sisters to evict their father, whose wife - Angie Bouchard, deceitfully and deliberately claimed her father-in-law Lionel Bouchard had been living "rent - free" for years in his home on the Bouchard Centennial Homestead over fifty years. 

In September 2002, Andy Bouchard pressured his father to sell the second half of the 89 acres, this coercion overheard by his fiancée Susie Waldner at the time. (Ex because between Claire Demery at a supper at her house questioning "their relationship" and Peggy Keough convincing her brother Lionel Bouchard that Susie "an ex-Hutterite" was not "good enough" for him and that Susie "would go after his assets".....

Peggy Keough had her brother break off the engagement after a ring had been purchased in the States and picked up prior to a trip in Lionel Bouchard's motorhome to B.C. - information divulged by Madeleine Fillion (Lionel's sister) who was party in this trip.

The Sale was Conditional on Lionel Bouchard being able to live out the rest of his days in his humble rancher he built in Elie, Manitoba - an Agreement which Andy Bouchard was now reneging on, forcing his father out "on the street" to rent a low rental housing complex in St. Eustache. 

Then in 2011, was moved by his children to a secluded low-rental bed-bug Manitoba Housing highrise in a rough area of Winnipeg on Osborne Street, Manitoba ~ due to the welfare, alcoholic, and drug element, totally unsafe and unsuitable for any dignified rural raised 88 year old great-grandfather to live out his last days!

Lynda Staub interfered with her father's wishes to move to Country Club on Portage Avenue after youngest sister Doreen Bouchard got involved at her father's expressed desire to move. 

To further isolate him, Lynda Staub had her father's telephone # registered under her married name "Staub" which none of his friends knew....thereby keeping her father out of reach to his elderly, retired friends and rural neighbours for years....
