"False Assault Charges" by Lionel Bouchard

Several days after seeing her father, Lionel Bouchard was driven to the Headingley Detachment by Andy Bouchard to press false charges of "assault" against his sister from B.C. for allegedly touching his arm while holding the steering as Lionel Bouchard was unsafely backing up with daughter at door.

The incident was reported to the newspaper who carried the article, stating the fact that she as a "grandma" a fact not divulged to the RCMP.....                                                                    (Click here.)
At trial in January 2007, Lionel Bouchard admitted under oath that there had never been any assault, this after his daughter was forced to await trial in Winnipeg for nearly four months and which cost his ex-wife her life in the cross-fire.

Note Lionel Bouchard paralyzed with fear, unwilling to expose the blackmail obviously being blackmailed by Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub's threat of "child abuse" to keep their father "under their control" and to "waive his rights to his home and mortgage money due him by Andy Bouchard".
At the trial, Lionel Bouchard admitted there had been no assault!
