Lionel Bouchard revoked son Andy Bouchard & daughter Lynda Staub's power of attorney, after discovering he was deceived in signing a power of attorney at the Grace Hospital ~ this while in the early stages of recovery from a concussion.

Later Lionel Bouchard revoked Claire Demery's power of attorney on February 2008 - after he realized that Claire was working against him.

In #8 of one of Claire Demery's affidavit, Claire insists that her father requested to move in with her in Teulon! As did the others abusers to take the focus off the fact that they had evicted their father, they resorted to blaming their innocent sister of B.C. for their actions (rather for being exposed for their actions)!

Her father's desire has always been to live in Elie, on the Centennial Bouchard farm, as per his legal agreement with his son Andy Bouchard, signed in 2002 at the time Andy Bouchard pressured his father to sell the second half of the property!

In # 6, in another perjured statement, Claire Demery, in her affidavit, insists that her father approached Mike Slegers - a friend (wolf in sheep's clothing) - to borrow $25,000 ~ another false statement.

Yet again, #7 in her affidavit, Claire Demery insists that she had nothing to do with moving her father out of his house in 2006, when she was witnessed physically assisting in the move, along with her brother Andy Bouchard & Angie Bouchard and Lynda Staub on February 14, 2006.  The door Claire Demery refers to is a door which Andy Bouchard illegally, against Manitoba Housing Regulations, installed a "heavy-duty extra large chain" on the inside of his father's door at the Manor with instructions for his father to dial "911" if he even as much saw Andy's sister from B.C.! The St. Eustache Manor has a secured front door with intercom for buzzing in visitors.

Claire Demery in her Affidavit #3 claims no monies were offered by herself to Mike. A witness confirmed in a conversation that Mike was offered money by Claire "How much do we owe you for bringing Dad back to us?" as well as comment that Andy Bouchard would pay Mike
Slegers for his services to them.

In #4 of Claire Demery's affidavit, she claims that the Caisse Populaire d'Elie recommended she close down her father's line of credit "because of her father's sudden disappearance." The Credit Union had been in telephone contact with Lionel Bouchard, as well as fax, fully knowing of the circumstances of "his disappearance" as Claire Demery refers to.

In #5, Claire Demery's first conversation, erased accidentally, as well as second conversation below, Claire Demery is furious with her father, screaming at her father after being made aware that her father had just registered two caveats on his former property for a "Life Estate" and as an "Unpaid vendor" and was now seeking the assistance of daughter from
B.C. to resolve his claims and uphold his rights.
