LYNDA STAUB, OF WINNIPEG LAND TITLES, ABUSING HER FATHER LIONEL BOUCHARD     

Lionel Bouchard tricked into signing a power of attorney which his son Andy Bouchard slipped under his insurance and driver licence renewal forms.  Lionel immediately had both Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub revoked when he learned of this deception.  In addition, this power of attorney, according to Lionel Bouchard, had never been initiated by Lionel at Andy Bouchard's lawyer's office in Portage La Prairie in the fall of 2005!

Lionel Bouchard confirmed he had never initiated this document which was immediately used for Andy Bouchard to open a personal injury suit against the St. Eustache Church on behalf of his father for a slip and fall on ice while attending a funeral...on December 16, 2005....

Lynda Staub requesting her father be made a "Ward of the Public Trustee" in rebuttal affidavit dated November 20, 2008 to set aside the first of two Protection Orders dated the first on October 30, 2009. 

  To take the focus off the fact that Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and
  Claire Demery evicted their very own father out of his home of
  over 50 years in Elie, false accusations of assault shifted to sister in
  B.C. as  excuse to take focus off their callous, cold-hearted, and
  illegal eviction of their father who held a "life-estate agreement"
  with deviate son Andy Bouchard since 2002.
