VICTIM TURNS ABUSER HIMSELF!

Frustrating was the fact that Lionel Bouchard was manipulating his daughter
in B.C., she knowing fully well that he would throw her "under the bus" once again
~similar to the false charge of assault in March 2006, which Lionel Bouchard admitted  
under oath at trial never occurred!
 
Lionel Bouchard's three children in Manitoba, the same ones who evicted him from his
 home in Elie, ordered their father not to have contact with their youngest sister Doreen  of Winnipeg.  Lionel Bouchard caved in to their blackmail based on numerous threats.

As predicted, as soon as Lionel Bouchard arrived in Winnipeg of his own accord, after three and  a half years  of living with her and "taking advantage" this daughter, after the immense sacrifice she went through to help her father briefly summarized below, Lionel caved in to the pressure of these abusive vindictive children.

In September 2011, Lionel Bouchard applied and was granted "based on more false allegations" a "Protection Order" against his daughter ~ immediately after returning to Winnipeg in 2011, after living with her for three years in B.C. 

With the aid of his sister Peggy Keough, and sister-in-law Margaret Bouchard, they set  out to Set Aside the second of three Protection Orders keeping him safe from Andy Bouchard,  Lynda Staub and Claire Demery!  Appears money is their god as well....
not doing what is morally right under God.....

Below is a small sampling of the costs associated with protecting father from  abuse of his children in Manitoba and to compile information required for his  court cases for which daughter never billed her father for her services, small sampling   of only some of the work done on behalf of her father!

Nothing was charged my father for the time, work and resources put out of  in the name of love!  In fact, I did manage to spend three years of close bonding which I will always treasure....  I know that we enriched Dad's life just by virtue of being free to live a normal life without the pressures of constantly having the rug pulled out from under him by those children on the wrong side of things, with their threats, determined to erase their father's past, his memories and the end years of his life which he should have been enjoying and would still be alive today, same as Mom, had these evil-dark hearted children not plotted the demise of our Mom and Dad..... God sees their actions
​and it is up to them to repent before their souls are forever lost.....

  This is a small sampling of costs incurred by daughter in B.C. in support of her father - which she never charged him, nor had any intention, meant as evaluation of services and resources she put out for her father - plus  $9,000 paid to his lawyer in   Winnipeg. 

Not to mention the $11,000 paid to initially commence legal action against Andy Bouchard for right of possession for Dad to return to his home in Elie, Manitoba.....a home he had a legal right to!

Not accounted for above is the  purchase of a 2007 Dodge Caravan, that of her father's choosing  for his exclusive use while in B.C. of which he carried several keys on him AT ALL TIMES!   In fact, Lionel's lawyer hired private investigators to rescue Lionel's van from Mike Slegers' shed, barricaded with a fifth wheel and boat in front of the door.  RCMP had to be called in as Andy Bouchard and Mike Slegers refused to release the vehicle.

Lionel Bouchard opted to have his daughter drive him while in B.C. in the van due to the high speed of  the driver's which Lionel Bouchard complained about and the vastness of the city whereby he found it easy to get lost but not in the Valley or highways.

In  addition, Lionel Bouchard was provided with a letter stating he had exclusive use of this  vehicle when he returned to Winnipeg in 2008.  Both Mike Slegers and Andy Bouchard tried in vain to have the vehicle transferred out of their sister's name into theirs.  Expecting this move, the sister had an ironclad letter which she retained exclusive ownership with Lionel Bouchard having life time use of the vehicle.....
 
How was this daughter repaid?  For costs she never requested reimbursement nor ever charged him, itemized to  show the value of services rendered to assist her father in his battle to  remain in his home,  when her father was to weak or paralyzed with fear to assert himself  verbally or legally,  constantly caving in to the family abusers pressure he father repaid her by putting two protection orders of three years each upon his return to Winnipeg after he was stripped of his last possession - his motor home which Andy Bouchard picked up at Gilbert Gervais' and traded in for one for himself and his wife to spend the winters down south? 

Instead upon his return to Manitoba in August 2011, after the Protection Orders being  breached by Andy Bouchard, and removal of these orders thereafter, her father applied for an ex-parte protection order against her based whereby Lionel Bouchard perjured himself again, by yet another one of those infamous typed list of false  accusations typed for  Lionel Bouchard coerced to sign, under duress.

Protection Order occurred immediately after  Lionel Bouchard's abusers breached  their Protection  Orders when making contact directly in Keewatin and at Peggy Keough's  home. 

This illegal contact was in direct contravention of two sets of Protection orders.  The Protection order in  October 2009 was removed when Lionel Bouchard was unable to  appear in person in Manitoba Court on medical grounds while living in B.C.

 The second set of three Protection Orders was granted on February 2011 by  Magistrate Lischenski of Winnipeg with the caveat to expect repercussions  from these abusers which true to form occurred as the legal system is flawed in that there was never a review whereby the preexisting No contacts against these abusers would have been evident and the Protection Orders would never have been granted!!!.
