COPY WHICH HE HAD DESTROYED ALONG WITH ALL HIS FATHER'S

PERSONAL PAPERWORK WHILE LIONEL BOUCHARD WAS IN THE

HOSPITAL RECUPERATING FROM A CONCUSSION SUFFERED AFTER A

SLIP AND FALL ON ICE WHILE ATTENDING A FRIEND'S FUNERAL IN

ST. EUSTACHE WEEKS PRIOR...


WHEN LYNDA STAUB WAS QUESTIONED at the hospital by her sister of B.C.,  Lynda admitted knowing of an agreement, but said that it was "only verbal"!  She who works at Winnipeg Land Titles no less and who looked after her father's personal paperwork? Yeah - right!  Lynda showed her true colours at that moment which alarmed her older sister that there was a diabolical plan in the works and she had just put up her flag and was now going to be the "target" of their hate for exposing their devious plans to usurp their father's legal rights to his home.  Just as crucial was the fact that having observed and just experienced how deviously they worked their emails to other siblings, that she was in for a big fight on behalf of her father........

Andy Bouchard had already commenced his smear campaign against sister from B.C., this on February 15, 2006, to convince his siblings that he was not responsible for having his father evicted from his home and that she was somehow responsible for her father's move.

Note the binders already compiled as "evidence" to win over his siblings.  Andy had already informed his out of town siblings that their father had been moved to an "assisted living complex".  St. Eustache in fact is a subsidized housing project with no facilities for caretaking of any kind, simply one meal a week if you presigned in advance at a cost of $5.00.

Special note:  FEDEX envelope couriered by daughter from B.C. intercepted by Lynda Staub who ordered her father to not open any mail but to give all mail to her, (as witnessed by Laurent Houde) and which ended up in Andy Bouchard's briefcase.

On January 30, 2006, after being arrested for two counts of theft of his father and sister's cellular and other items, Andy convinced his siblings that he was the "innocent party". 

Based on his "very convincing false statements" to them, (for the time being at least) Andy convinced them to rush off emails to lawyer David Bradley that same Sunday as he was arrested and charged with two counts of theft after Andy was served with revocation of power of attorney by his father.

Andy Bouchard had already informed his sister in B.C. by telephone when trying to convince her that their father was headed for a psych ward for the rest of his days, that he Andy Bouchard had already made discrete enquiries as to the cause of their father's fall and had already determined that the staff at the St. Eustache Church were negligent in not sanding the sidewalk.  Andy Bouchard had already indicated that he was going to open up a personal injury claim on his father's behalf which he did so immediately by having his very own lawyer draft up a retroactively drafted Power of Attorney for his father to sign in favour of himself (Andy) and Lynda Staub.
