In Angie's email, Angie deceives her in-laws, stating   Lionel Bouchard had been staying on the homestead "rent-free" ~ for the sake of a little "family history". 

The fact remains Andy Bouchard and his father entered into a written"life estate agreement" September 2002.
At that time, Andy pressured his father into selling the second half of the property ~ witnessed by Susie Waldner, his fiancée at the time.

Mike Slegers has a life estate with Norm Fleury. There was no RCMP contact at the Esso coffee shop. Andy was constantly either himself, or through others, calling the RCMP to harass his sister from B.C. who was there to protect her father and to ensure her father's wishes to remain in his home were honoured.
