Lionel Bouchard rented for one year in Elie from T.B. Holdings (Terri Beaudin). 


The apartment was vacant from February to May 31, 2008, while Lionel lived with his daughter in B.C.  

Immediately upon arriving in B.C. in February 2008, Lionel was sent this renewal which is believed to have been instigated by Andy Bouchard to locate Lionel Bouchard.

Terri Beaudin issued Lionel Bouchard a bill for cleaning, this after Lionel Bouchard had Susie Waldner spend over seven hours cleaning the place from top to bottom.  This invoice was orchestrated by Andy Bouchard to make his father look like a "messy housekeeper" which was untrue as Lionel Bouchard confirmed that he had not hung up any pictures on the walls, etc., to ensure no damage to the walls.

 No sooner had Lionel Bouchard left for B.C., that the harassment with
 bills, etc., commenced with T.B. Holdings, Desilets Insurance, to locate
 his whereabouts.  The insurance was not yet due, yet they insisted on getting paid immediately!
 
 Lionel Bouchard was totally infuriated with his son Andy Bouchard and   Lynda Staub's high- handed forceful tactics to sign documents which
 made no sense to him, this on his birthday yet! 

 No cake, no party, just strong-arm tactics by his
 these children!

So he discussed it with his sister Madeleine Fillion, formulated a plan, changed his Will and Power of Attorney to her and scheduled a flight to B.C. after spending the night at her house prior to leaving for the airport.

Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery, who couldn't care less about their father, then "feigned concern" and called the RCMP to locate their father when in other times when they don't want to see him and don't want him to provide their Will or other documents to them, they don't touch base or call.....

Then the fury of calls started in B.C. threatening to charge him with child abuse, telling him to STAY IN B.C. and not ever come back home, etc.!!!

T.B. Holdings (Beaudin) tried to get him to sign early lease.  She also claimed he had not paid his rent fully knowing Andy Bouchard was responsible for a portion of the rent as agreed.  In addition, upon giving
proper notice, she then accused him of leaving a "dirty place" and wanted to charge him for cleaning up his suite which had been empty for several months.  Fortunately, Lionel's ex-fiancee had spent 7 or more cleaning the suite spotlessly....whereby the accusation went nowhere!!!

               Months prior to lease renewal, T.B. Holdings mailed Lionel Bouchard
            (in B.C.) a renewal for lease.
