Andy Bouchard's record of mortgage due his father $7,000.  Andy Bouchard wrote a cheque for $2,000 which Lionel Bouchard presented to his lawyer Winston Smith, now stale-dated, as in the memo Andy Bouchard had deliberately written "Paid in full" fully knowing he still owed his father $7,000!!!!

Andy Bouchard presented the court with a release, allegedly forged, whereby Andy Bouchard
falsely claims that his father signed in 2008, stating all was paid.  Yet, according to the memo on the uncashed cheque, the balance was still $7,000!
