           Letter denying any mental issues by family physician.

In February 2007, based on a typed fabricated list of names provided by Andy Bouchard, many of whom his sister had never met, including Andy Bouchard's own lawyer Michael Clark, Andy Bouchard deceived the judge in ordering a mental evaluation on his sister, to prevent bail, pending the last of several charges against her, that of "threatening to kill her brother with a gun" suspiciously allegedly initiated by an inmate at the Portage Women's Jail which is in close proximity to the Agassiz Youth Centre where Andy Bouchard's wife Angie works and which has daily contact with the inmates at both institutions for meals.

In so doing, Andy Bouchard was attempting to silence his sister forever if committed, which is a pattern of Andy Bouchard to anyone who dares confront and stand up to his lifelong bullying tactics.

Again, it is notable interesting that the Portage Women's Jail inmates have daily contact through delivery of meals with the Agassiz Youth Center where Angie Bouchard (Andy Bouchard's wife) works as a clerk.....

The assessment confirmed that this was an unusual family dispute between family members and not in any way a reflection on this sister's character or conduct.  Rather the report indicated that this sister was  asserting her rights to concerns with respect to both her father and mother's treatment by three/four of her siblings who sought to gain by their parents' demise action confirmed by her godmother and cousin who were interviewed over the telephone on short notice for this assessment.



                            Court Ordered Medical Assessment to get bail February 2007
                            was  based on Andy Bouchard's fabricated typed list of names...
                             this after awaiting trial for acquittals/stay of charges for nearly
                            four months in Winnipeg and Portage Remand.

                              Crown initiated a  request for "No Contact  in Manitoba only"
                              from Jeannette Van Steelant, their mother, this while under
                              the influence of morphine rendering the request by Crown
                              herself illegal.  Explanation was that was a means to keep
                             this  sister "out of Manitoba" and depriving and isolating their
                               father of support.

                                Andy Bouchard, at the onset, had managed, based on his barrage of
                                never-ending lies, to discredit his older sister and to deceive
                                siblings to have them turn on their sister in order that he carry out
                                his plans to evict their father until it became apparent that Andy
                                Bouchard had self-serving motives to evict their father.  They came
                              to realize that their sister was innocent of all the charges and
                              accusations made against her as it was  evident for all to see based
                              on Andy Bouchard's actions after his sister  was no longer  involved
                              due to legal restrictions falsely placed against her when she came to
                              the aid of both her father and mother to save their lives, out of love
                              for her parents and no other motive.
