Initiated by Andy Bouchard in Portage La Prairie, MB. - applied for February 14, 2006, hearing February15, 2006, and dismissed.
Purpose of Peace Bonds was to ensure that vulnerable, uneducated (Grade 3), 82-year-old Lionel Bouchard had no support in his quest to remain in his home of over fifty years. So far Andy had managed to convince his siblings that he had a right to evict his father, denying the existence of a life estate agreement entered between his father and himself in 2002 whichAndy Bouchard deliberately neglected toregister on title,(whereby Lynda Staub who worksat Winnipeg Land Titles did nothing to enforce her father's legal rights) ~ this along with the mortgage Lionel Bouchard was carrying on behalf of his son Andy at the time on the sale and for which $7,000remainedoutstanding, with no interest factored in the sale - at an unconscionable price paid by Andy at the time again when Lionel was quickly ushered in andout of another of Andy's lawyer's office in Portage!
As four Peace Bond applications dismissed, Andy Bouchard had previously driven his father to Andy's lawyer in Winnipeg, January 14, 2006, to obtain three "No trespass" orders for:
- Elie Farm ~ his father's home - St. Eustache Manor - Andy & Angie Bouchard's home in Southport, Portage La Prairie
No Trespass orders were issued for St. Eustache Manor, Elie Homestead & Andy & Angie's home in Portage La Prairie to ensure no contact to ensure father Lionel Bouchard of Elie had no support to remain in his home of over 50 years!
