                      OF REVOKED POWER OF ATTORNEY

                                   illegally using "revoked powers of attorney"
                                     to obtain father's records without his knowledge
                                     or consent:
                                     -  medical records from the Grace Hospital (next tab)                                                                  -   M.T.S. mobility ordered months of duplicate cellular
                                         records of their father's cellular account whereby
                                        $60 was charged to his account for services.
                                     -   made inquiries at the Bank of Montreal to  access
                                          their father's account whereby the bank manager,
                                        alarmed, telephoned Lionel Bouchard who had just
                                         been escorted to B.C. by two private investigators out
                                          of fear for his safety then living in B.C.
