Incorrect Property Description - Andy Bouchard wanted his father to accept a $2,000 cheque in exchange for cancelling the existing $7,000 mortgage his father held interest free since 2002 for second half property! Cheque remains in Lionel's lawyer's office, uncashed.

On his birthday in January 2008, Lionel Bouchard was forced to sign this "release" (with wrong property description), that or they "would have nothing to do with him" quote/unquote Lynda Staub. 

This meeting occurred at Michele Dunbar's office in the Cartier Senior office in Elie. 

Lionel Bouchard was then asked to "turn over his will for safekeeping".....No cake, no happy birthday, no party! 

Nothing but intimidation which angered Lionel so much so that he immediately changed his power of attorney and "Will" and flew out days later to B.C. to his daughter's house after spending the night with his sister Madeleine Fillion in Winnipeg.
