Revised "Will" was revised after a meeting at Michelle Dunbar's office (Cartier Senior's in Elie), this on Lionel Bouchard's birthday, January 22, 2008, on the pretense of celebrating his birthday - no cake, no gifts, no well-wishes.

Lionel was coerced in signing agreements with Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub under threaten by both that:

"if he did not sign, they would have nothing further to do with their father!" 

Lionel Bouchard was then ordered to "turn over his "Will" for safekeeping" to Michelle Dunbar ~ which he refused. 

Rather, Lionel Bouchard left for B.C. after consulting with his sister  Madeleine Fillion - a staunch supporter of her brother returning to his home in Elie.
