              FARMING INCOME

For the period 1990 - 2002 when Lionel Bouchard was a half owner.

Despite repeated requests, Andy Bouchard refused to split the proceeds of the crops.

At harvest time, Andy Bouchard would deliberately have his father who worked his very oldest of 3 or 4 combines, far away, in order that his father could not determine the yield of the crop.

The last year his father drove for him and got paid less than other drivers.

In addition, Andy did not  invite his father to the fall-end barbeque Andy held annually for his combine drivers.

     filing his tax return, Lionel Bouchard does not have any
     information to account for a refund of those taxes or
