LIFE ESTATE - PROPERTY

Copy of One of Many Titles - Robert Van Steelant transferred ownership of his lands to son Chris after wife Jeannette Van Steelant's demise, maintaining a Life Estate contrary to his original  "Will" whereby he left all his estate to a younger son in Stonewall, from a previous marriage which Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub vehemently objected to their mother. 

While at the hospital, these greed-motivated children stated to their ailing mother that they would "go after Robert's Estate" after their mother passed on!

Robert Van Steelant was forced to sue Lynda Staub at a cost of $21,000, an employee of Winnipeg Land Titles office, after learning that she had fraudulently typed her name mysteriously (fraudulently) appeared as joint owner to property owned by her mother, gifted to her by Robert Van Steelant as a wedding present.

The transfer date was July 2006, at a time when Lynda Staub had her mother redo her "Will" to exclude three of Jeannette's daughters - those of Lynda's choice.  However very disturbing to Robert Van Steelant is the fact this transfer document, purportedly witnessed by Nadine Demery who was not in attendance at the Van Steelant home at the time of        signing in July, was not mailed to him nor registered until the exact date that Andy Bouchard had his sister of B.C. arrested at the Winnipeg Airport in October after having her charged with allegedly "attempted kidnap of their mother" to take her to the world renown Burzynski Cancer Clinic where this daughter had previously escorted her mother and step-father in 2005!  After being held for almost four months in Manitoba Pre-trial, the charge was "stayed"!!!
