Abuse of Power of Attorney

Andy Bouchard captured in a photo immediately after sliding the power of attorney beneath the "van and driver renwal" papers, without his father's consent, concealing the document, with only the signature line visible which Andy was pointing to for his father to sign without his knowledge.

 This occurred after over 1/2 hour of Lionel Bouchard refusing to sign the power of attorney, witnessed by four individuals.

Note Lynda Staub's deviant expression -  having been party to this collusion with her brother as the power of attorney was made out to her brother Andy and herself.

Lionel Bouchard on the day he was discharged from the hospital discovered that he had signed a Power of Attorney and that a Personal Injury Claim had been opened on his behalf by Andy Bouchard, whereby he immediately revoked it that same day!

Revoked Power of Attorney Two Weeks Later.
