January 30, 2006, Andy Bouchard charged with theft of sister's cellular phone,
binder & legal document. Crown dropped charge in May 2006 citing "family dispute".
Andy retaliated by fabricated numerous false charges against his sister to ensure
their father had no support as Andy's plans to "commit his father" failed when exposed by
his sister. Andy Bouchard determined to evict his father despite life estate agreement.

Marlene Légaré granted No Contact against Andy Bouchard January 29, 2006 both
granted against Andy Bouchard after theft of both their cellular telephones in Elie at the farm.
Andy Bouchard was in a rage after being exposed by his sister from Calgary, informed by
youngest sister in Winnipeg of Andy Bouchard's plans to ambush his father and sister
at the Holiday Inn, on the pretense of a "family gathering" in Winnipeg, staged to
evict their father from his home of over fifty years.
October 30, 2009 Lionel Bouchard granted Protection Orders against Andy Bouchard,
Lynda Staub, Claire Demery.
February 25, 2011 Lionel Bouchard granted a second Protection Order against Andy
Bouchard, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery
October 2011 Lionel Bouchard based on PERJURY applied for ex-parte protection order
against daughter from B.C. after being forced to drop his civil suit for life
estate and as unpaid vendor by vindictive son Andy Bouchard with the
aid of Lionel Bouchard's sisters Peggy Keough and Margaret Bouchard of
Keewatin, Ontario.

In 2008, vehicle confiscated out of vindictiveness, jealousy - locked up in Mike
Slegers' shed in St. Francois on orders by Andy Bouchard to prevent Lionel
Bouchard from enjoying driving a new, more reliable vehicle as opposed to his
gas-guzzling older dodge ram.
Sadly, Lionel Bouchard pressured by his despicably jealous children of
Manitoba and forced to park it in Mike Slegers shed where it took two Private
Investigators along with RCMP to force Andy Bouchard, (and company, believed to be Roland Bouchard and Mike Slegers) to release the vehicle
barricaded in the shed by a fifth wheel and boat deliberately parked in front of
the doors....
