Note this is also the date given by Andy Bouchard to his father Lionel Bouchard whereby his father could return to his homestead - an agreement Andy Bouchard refused to honour!
Instead Andy threatened he would charge his father with trespass if he entered the house. Lionel Bouchard conferred with Sgt. Gibbs of the Headingley RCMP who was unaware of any such report.
Andy Bouchard prohibited his father from carrying a gun on the property to keep the crow population down on the property as Lionel had as well as for the neighbors for the past fifty years!
Andy Bouchard "maliciously" turned over his father -Lionel Bouchard's shotgun to the Headingley RCMP after evicting his then 82-year old father out of his home of over fifty years. It took at least 3 or 4 trips for Lionel Bouchard to recover the gun he uses for shooting and keeping the crow population in check on the Bouchard homestead.
