            COMPLAINT TO RCMP

Lionel Bouchard's complaints against Lynda Staub to RCMP Stonewall dated February 19, 2009 and RCMP reply.

It appears that whenever the family abusers lodged any complaint in Manitoba, they were taken seriously and an officer made a visit to the house in B.C. 

Yet when trying to defend or counter their actions to stop them, the "victim" Lionel Bouchard was ignored or told that the complaint was not in their "jurisdiction" - over and over again.

Judge Lischenski, in granting thre second of three protections orders against Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery and  advised Lionel Bouchard to report all illegal acts directly to the RCMP. He also warned Lionel Bouchard "off-record", that based on his experience and the information provided to him, not to expect these family abusers to stop their abuse and to take measures to protection himself.
