OBITUARY - LIONEL BOUCHARD - 1924 - 2015 Age 91
Lionel Bouchard celebrated his 77th birthday amongst his many cousins and daughter Marlene Legare and her family in British Columbia when she flew her father out for this special occasion!!!
Sadly, on the occasion of his "90th" birthday, Lionel Bouchard had no celebration in Winnipeg to commemorate this milestone....
In August 2011, upon his return to Winnipeg, Lionel Bouchard was denied
access to his lawyer by Peggy Keough who refused to pass on the message from
Lawyer Winston Smith of Hook & Smith. Peggy Keough was an accomplice to
"obstructing justice" and "breach of contact" in that she facilitated
communication between three parties named in the existing Protection
Orders - Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery awarded twice,
once in October 2009 and the second in February 2011 when Justice of the
Peace in both cases, found these children extremely and relentlessly abusive to
their own father. In the second judgement, the Justice of the Peace warned
that, in his professional experience, that these children would continue
escalating their reign of terror against their father and his prediction was
correct!!!
In order to attend her father Lionel Bouchard's funeral, daughter from B.C.
carried on her person a lawyer's legal opinion. Her experience from the past
any time she appeared in Manitoba, was that her ruthless siblings couldn't
wait to call the RCMP on any trumped up charge! Recall this innocent
victimized daughter had been held in Winnipeg Remand for nearly
four months on false assault on her father which Lionel Bouchard admitted in
court he was forced to press when coerced by ruthless son Andy Bouchard and
the other false charge of assault on her sister Lynda Staub was also dismissed.
The "attempted kidnap" charges which were eventually stayed! Mother
Jeannette Van Steelant had provided her daughter with a written authorization
to attend, as in 2005, a cancer clinic in Houston, Texas, which boasted of a 93%
cure rate while doctors in Winnipeg had given her a 2% chance of living. These
same despicable children denied their mother medical treatment which most
probably would have saved her life - all for the sake of less than $10,000 for six
of the nine children each after her death. Their plans to seize their multi-
millionaire step-father's land were thwarted by this sister who exposed their
ploy to the public. It is alleged, proof documented on the website, that Andy
Bouchard and Lynda Staub of Winnipeg Land Titles had taken measures to steal
their step-father's acreage. It is alleged Claire Demery was personally involved
in some of their documented illegal dealings with other farmers/seniors/wives
past and present!

Daughter has a right to associate call anyone as in the past.
ALL calls had been taped as "proof" not once did she ever ask
about her father in any of the calls but to keep in touch. So
protection order based on someone "calling - no voice heard"
Lionel Bouchard to make him believe it was his daughter to keep
him in "fear" and under their "control". It is alleged that he
was also, as in the past being drugged, to keep him confused.
Outrageous, ridiculous and preposterous accusations by Lionel Bouchard's
daughter Lynda Staub such as finding "nails" in her driveway which she
blamed her sister from B.C. of placing at her home. Fabricated and typed up as
was the case, over and over as in the past, to deceive unsuspecting parties,
prompted by family children who were abusing and terrifying their father,
truth and proof documented on this Web Site. Interestingly, these "facts"
contradict her prior affidavits introduced in court which forms a basis for
"perjury" charges!!!
The official rebuttal is currently held as evidence for the Courts in
upcoming multiple Perjury Charges against Lynda Staub for her outright lies
and contradictions to her previous statements.
Lynda Staub Affidavits for her father to gain two Protection Orders against
her sister also contradict prior affidavits to rebuttal to two Protection Orders
filed by Lionel Bouchard against her!
Lionel Bouchard had applied for Protection/No Contact orders as a result of
all the abuse he suffered by her viscious attacks against him "Dad you will be
(arrested) charged with child abuse if you come to Manitoba" initiated in
support of her brother Andy Bouchard's blatant disregard with the law
reneging on his legal agreement he entered with his father regarding a life
estate and mortgage held by his father which Andy Bouchard never repaid his
father.
Lionel Bouchard died penniless...and of a broken heart and not in peace as
he deserved in his little rancher in Elie, Manitoba on the Centennial Farm!
These children saw to it....as it was no secret they absolutely detested their
father, he was not welcome in their homes, and treated him despicably behind
closed doors, making a mockery out of him - constantly keeping their father
in fear of being jailed for child abuse to "control him so he would not stand
up for his rights to his home as per his life estate agreement.
When the RCMP called Lynda Staub, she repeatedly refused to respond with
respect to her serious allegation, which was not specific - just in general,
designed maliciously to terrify her elderly father. Lionel Bouchard could not
bare the the thought of being behind bars as he himself was coerced by Andy
Bouchard into laying false charges against his daughter of B.C. Based on this,
Lionel knew they would make good their threat as he himself had been
coerced to partake in and to perjure himself!!!
