Another "False "Assault Charge"

Lynda Staub charged her sister of B.C. with "assault" in retaliation for Andy Bouchard's two theft charges - a charge of which Marlene was acquitted in December 2006.

This charge was meant to deter sister of B.C. from assisting her father in his right to remain in his home after abusive children Andy Bouchard, wife Angie, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery they had evicted him after fifty years on the Bouchard family homestead in Elie.

At trial in December 2006, Laurent Houde completely changed the testimony he made to the RCMP, perjuring himself on the stand.

It is only AFTER THE TRIAL that defence lawyer Hope Buset learnt that the chain in question was illegally installed by Andy Bouchard, against Manitoba Housing Regulations whereby he was ordered to take down the chain as a safety and fire hazard in the St. Eustache Manor.

Andy Bouchard had isolated his father behind an illegally CHAINED DOOR, installed an unlisted telephone #, ordered his father not to answer either the door nor the security buzzer from the front of the building to ensure that he received no legal support as recommended by the Judge in Portage La Prairie who denied Peace Bonds in favour of Andy Bouchard, Lionel Bouchard, Lynda Staub, Claire Demery against their sister of B.C. - this in an effort to prevent their father from returning to his legal home in Elie, Manitoba!

Lionel Bouchard was escorted every where he went in the company of individuals Andy Bouchard had deceived.  On the nights when there was no one available to sleep over in Lionel's small room, Andy Bouchard while in Holland hired a private security firm - Orion of Portage La Prairie, to stay the night to "guard him father" against a visit from his sister!
