Powers of Attorney for André Bouchard & Lynda Staub revoked January 27, 2006.
Claire Demery's power of attorney revoked in February 2008.
Illegal requests for Medical Records whereby no copy of any power of attorney ever faxed in  or requested from all three.  BACKDATED REQUEST, as per fax dated February  8, 2006, to obtain their father's confidential medical records!
