Stonewall RCMP  -  Video Statement

ithout his step-father Robert Van Steelant's knowledge, Andy Bouchard carried his mother, heavily medicated on morphine, into the Stonewall RCMP detachment to have his mother charge her daughter of B.C. with "attempted kidnap to take her back to the Houston, Texas, Cancer Clinic" - an international renown cancer clinic which boasts of a 93% cure rate, this after doctors in Winnipeg had given Jeannette Van Steelant a 2% survival chance.

One of the medications "avastin" which had proven to be effective for Jeannette Van Steelant in 2005 at the Burzynski Clinic, was not made available in Manitoba until three weeks prior to Jeannette's death....

In the video at the RCMP detachment, Andy Bouchard is seen "coaching his mother" as to what to say, discussing R.R.S.P.'s, not once displaying any concern for his mother's life, rather alleging his sister had stolen a very large sum of cash $10,000 from his mother's house - a statement which was later recanted!

Jeannette Van Steelant, in her video statement was not "lucid" simply by virtue of the comments made, Jeannette referring to her "deceased mother" as if in the present, coached by Andy as to events that simply did not occur ~ events fabricated by Andy.

The VICTIM was not privy to this video statement until "after" the charges were stayed in court, approximately one month after her mother's death.

Victim denied bail and held in Winnipeg & Portage Remand Centres for nearly four months pending trial and acquittals on numerous trumped up charges by Lynda Staub and Andy Bouchard who in coerced his father Lionel Bouchard to perjure himself  Lionel Bouchard to lay a false charge of assault which Lionel, on the stand, admitted had not occurred!

Days prior at the Stonewall Hospital, Jeannette Van Steelant had written a note to her husband informing Robert Van Steelant that she had decided to return with her daughter of B.C., as in 2005, for treatment  which had amazed her oncologists and as a last resort to save her life!            
                                 
Upon learning of their mother's plans, Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub and Claire Demery immediately had their mother discharged her from the hospital and ordered their step-father Robert Van Steelant to call 911 if he saw their sister.

At the appointed time to catch the plane, Andy Bouchard was at his mother's house, acreage in close proximity to  Stoney Mountain Penitentiary, accompanied by the RCMP.


Noting the "set-up", in talking to her lawyer, sister from B.C. advised by her lawyer to return to B.C. which she did. At the hospital,  Jeannette Van Steelant had told her daughter from B.C. that "the family" had informed her that they would be suing Robert Van Steelant, over her estate after her death. 

Deeply disturbed by this realization, recognizing that she had been deceived all along by these three or four children, Jeannette reported to her daughter of B.C. that she was unable to sleep for three nights after learning of their plans to sue husband Robert!

In October 2006, immediately after the arrest, Robert received a copy of the transfer whereby Robert first learned of Lynda Staub "fraudulently" "typing her name" as "joint" on title of the transfer document transferring  his wife's property ~ a wedding gift to her in 2000 ~ jointly into Lynda's name and his, this by virtue of her employment at Winnipeg Land Titles where she has worked for over 20 years.

Robert Van Steelant was forced to commence a $23,000 legal civil suit to sever her name from title and to pay her out.

Robert Van Steelant also reported this fraud to the Stonewall RCMP who have an ongoing investigation in this illegal activity.
