ANDY BOUCHARD "LURING" SISTER TO MILNER REFRIGERATION ON THE PRETENSE OF A "JOB INTERVIEW"

Andy Bouchard tried to "lure" his sister into a "job interview"  when he had Curtis, a young employee, impersonate himself as a lawyer.

When his sister of B.C. called back, she was informed that the telephone # was that of "Milner Refrigeration" and not that of a law firm!

The President confirmed that Andy Bouchard was on site and promptly fired "Curtis"!!!

Concerned over her safety, this sister of B.C. filed a report to the Headingley Detachment on her way to Elie, where she met and had supper with her uncle Laurent Houde of St. Eustache. 

Below is Laurent Houde's statement as he was deeply concerned as to Andy's motives for circling the Chicken Chef for hours waiting for his sister to leave the restaurant. 

Concerned about her safety of possibly being pushed off the road as Andy was driving a large pickup as opposed to her small rental vehicle, Andy's sister called in the Headingley RCMP for safe escort to Winnipeg.

However, she was told that Andy Bouchard claimed he was concerned about her "mental state" - a recurring theme Andy Bouchard used for his youngest sister, his father, and now his sister from B.C., when challenged by them and refusing to cave in to Andy's constant bullying tactics for which Andy Bouchard is well known for in the community over the years! 



(Andy's comment brings to mind a story about a prominent Portage La Prairie farm implement businessman, a Brandon Wheat Kings, Canucks, L.A. Kings, famous ex-hockey player, whom Andy Bouchard worked for, who "allegedly committed suicide "mental issues again?" in April 2005.....)

A couple years later, Andy Bouchard was fired for theft from the dealership, confirmed by his very own father who admitted to
his sister of B.C. of  having seen allegedly stolen farm equipment stored in the shed on his father's property in Elie, Manitoba!


This sister had already witnessed Andy Bouchard's viscious temper and wrath at the Grace Hospital weeks prior when Andy Bouchard told her that their father was "NEVER GOING HOME!"

RCMP report made to the Headingley Detachment after Andy Bouchard tried to lure Marlene Legare for a job interview at Milner Refrigeration.

  On his way back from Milner Refrigeration, Andy Bouchard stopped in
       at the Chicken Chef in Elie, and stalked his sister for several hours
        as evidenced by Laurent Houde, of the St. Eustache Manor,
       her uncle who was furious with Andy's circling the restaurant
      for this period of time!  When questioned by his Uncle, 
      Andy's only comment was "where is Marlene"?.

Laurent Houde confronted Andy Bouchard outside the Chicken Chef as to why he was circling the restaurant for hours awaiting his sister's departure, as he was very concerned about Marlene's safety with Andy stalking the premises, hiding behind the restaurant at times for hours on end.

Andy Bouchard's retaliated for being contacted by  RCMP regarding his stalking at the Chiken Chef Restaurant in Elie, and for having been charged with two counts of "Theft" of his father and sister's cellular telephones.  Andy is once again, making more "false accusations and slander as recorded on RCMP records" and wasting precious taxpayer resources!
