                              ROBERT VAN STEELANT IN LITIGATION WITH
                                   LYNDA STAUB TO REGAIN PROPERTY        
                                    FRAUDULENTLY TRANSFERRED

Jeannette Van Steelant transferred the property gifted to her
as a wedding present in 2000 by her husband Robert Van
Steelant, back to her Robert in July 2006.  However, the
registration was delayed until October 2006, allegedly by
Lynda Staub who works at Winnipeg Land Titles.

When Robert received his transfer papers, Lynda Staub had typed in her
name as "joint owner" with Robert Steelant, unbeknownst to either Robert or Jeannette Van Steelant.  Robert was forced to commence an expensive legal civil suit to sever her from title an forced to "buy her out".

This would explain why Andy Bouchard has been threatening his father after this episode and why his father was not allowed in the original homestead house on Bouchard Drive in Elie!
