Robert Van Steelant not notified that he is now executor until after Jeannette's death on January 3, 2007.2005
Despite positive results from Burzynski Clinic, Lynda Staub, a Usana commissioned sales associate, set out to sabotage her Mother's healing and redirect her mother to a third world company-sponsored Mexican experimental facility, which, in the writers opinion, allegedly operated needlessly on Jeannette Van Steelant to determine how to treat the patient. Operation unnecessary had there been a PET scan. Facility focuses on detoxifying and heat treatments which Jeannette undertook. Then Jeannette sent home on wheatgrass to die at home. Jeannette Van Steelant died in part from from a blockage to the stomach, from an operation done to obtain a "transfer specimen". (Click here.) - Lynda Staub sabotages her Mother's chances at survival by convincing her to discontinue treatment at the Burzynski Clinic and takes her Mother, unbeknownst to the majority of the rest of the family, to a Usana facility inSanivov, Baja, Mexico ( a pyramid company Lynda Staub was a commission sales person for. - Jeannette Van Steelant, deceived, was upset with a letter hand written on purple stationery purportedly with respect to her estate (when it referred to Jeannette's own mother). Letter falsely attributed to sister from B.C. to create isolation/division until clarified almost one year later and to ensure Jeannette Van Steelant not return to Texas. - Lynda Staub applied for a loan using her Mother's car as collateral. - Lynda Staub makes several loan applications which appear on her Mother's credit bureau. (Click here.) - Lynda Staub diverts her mother to Usana-Sanivov, Baja, Mexico and away from Burzynski Clinic, Houston, Texas, at a cost of $41,000 which included a trip for herself and Helene Johnson for nine days at a spa each at her Mother's expense - Lynda Staub charges her Mother's funeral to her father's credit card without Robert Van Steelant's knowledge or authorization - Lynda Staub transfers her Mother's car into her name prior to her mother's death. Claire Demery's truck was repossessed temporarily and Claire was using her Mother's car prior to that. - At the Stonewall Hospital, Jeannette Van Steelant complained thatshe had nothing left to live for, her car, jewellery, wig, had been taken from her out of the hospital, as well as her clothes to ensure she could not go to the Burzynski Clinic. - Lynda Staub disburses her Mother's jewellery hours after mother's funeral, behind closed doors in her bedroom, in Rosser, deliberately excluding the sister from Calgary who had just left for the airport who did not receive even a small memento of her Mother, nor her youngest sister also left out of the illegal Will procured by Lynda Staub while her Mother incapacitated and not in her right mind under morphine.
