          WITNESS NOT PRESENT TO WITNESS TRANSFER
                                        DOCUMENTS

According to Robert Van Steelant, granddaughter Nadine Demery, Claire's daughter, was not in attendance to witness either his or Jeannette Van Steelant's signatures!

Winnipeg Land Titles forms were drafted by Lynda Staub who presented these to her mother and step-father.  Then at work at Winnipeg Land Titles, Lynda Staub typed her name on fraudulently as "joint tenant"....and did not register the transaction until October 24, 2006, three months later, at a time when Andy Bouchard had his sister arrested and held in Winnipeg Remand for almost four months until charges were stayed!
