FALSE STATEMENT - POWER OF ATTORNEY NEVER INITIATED BY LIONEL BOUCHARD
In her affidavits, Lynda Staub falsely claims that her father had requested his name be put on the waiting list at the Elie Manor just prior to his fall in 2005.
The truth is that the Elie Manor's goal was to add rooms and required additional signatures from seniors in order to do so. Lionel complied in September 2002 and not 2005 as falsely stated.
In Andy Bouchard or Lynda Staub's affidavits, they claim that their father initiated a power of attorney with Christianson Law Firm in Portage in the late fall, when in fact Lionel claims never initiated this document whatsoever.
It is alleged that this power of attorney was drafted at the request of Andy BouchardAFTER his father was hospitalized in January 2006, for the purpose of Andy commencing a personal injury suit on behalf of his father whereby Andy Bouchard demanded he be paid the first $2,500 for his trouble!
