       Lionel Bouchard purchased a Centennial Plaque
       which "mysteriously" disappeared from the end
       of Bouchard in  2006 while Lionel Bouchard was 
​       in the hospital!

         Original Bouchard homestead house sold
         to Andy & Angie Bouchard for $1.00 on
                            title, February 1984.

Andy & Angie Bouchard sold the original farm plus two acres purchased
for $35,000, on February 24, 1984, which they sold and profited from in June
1999 for $105,000 after adding a sun-room to the front of the house.​
