                                    DEPRIVED OF MEDICAL NECESSITIES OF LIFE!
Andy Bouchard callously ignored a call from Lionel's roommate Garth McConnell for medical help for Lionel Bouchard, his father, a couple days after Lionel returned from 24 hours in Emergency where he nearly died, a third time, once again in the hospital, according to the nurse.

conversation witnessed by his sister from B.C..  Andy claimed that he ignored Garth's call "for whatever  reason" leaving his father alone and without medical aid for several days at a crucial time after the concussion...

Andy had no concern whether his father lived or died! Lionel had been stitched in the back of the head, was alone due to the holidays as roomate home with his family in Neepawa.  In driving, Lionel could have blacked out behind the wheel or passed out at home and injured himself further or others...Despite driving past his home in Elie, Andy and Angie Bouchard could have picked up their father to
take him to the Christmas dinner at Lynda Staub's in Rosser.

This lack of immediate medical attention lead to Lionel's re- admittance to the hospital - December 27, 2005, where he was diagnosed with an infection caused by the fall.   

Further swelling and bleeding had occurred after Lionel Bouchard nearly died
twice in Grace Hospital Emergency, once at the St. Eustache Church after slipping on a sheet of sheer ice when exiting the church.  The hospitalization may not have been required had he been treated immediately when the condition was apparent to roommate - but which Andy Bouchard neglectfully ignored the call.

                                        Symptoms can persist up to 18 months.

               Andy Bouchard tried to "commit" his father as soon as he               
              fell, conversation relayed to both Susie Waldner and sister from B.C.  Andy 
               Bouchard told Huron Colony boss and his wife that his father "was a-goner"
               which upset them greatly as their belief is to hold their parents in high esteem
               and to look after and take care of them in their old age - not to commit them! 
          ****   Andy Bouchard asked Joe Hofer to sign a letter (which he   ****
                                 REFUSED to try to commit Lionel Bouchard.

              Andy Bouchard also asked Lionel's roommate Garth McConnel for a similar
              letter which he also REFUSED to sign to commit Lionel Bouchard!  wE
              HAVE NO IDEA WHO ELSE DEVIOUS MORALLY BANKRUPT ANDY
               BOUCHARD APPROACHED FOR THE SAME REQUEST, BUT WE ASSURED
               THAT THERE ARE MANY MORE.  IN FACT, EVERY OPPORTUNITY ANDY
               BOUCHARD HAD, HE MADE FUN OF HIS FAVOUR AND RIDICULED HIM
               TO STAFF AT THE HOSPITAL AND DOCTORS.  

               We suspect that Dr. Jamieson, of the Portage Mental Health Hospital lost his
               position due to repeated testing of Lionel Bouchard at Andy Bouchard's
                insistence - one of many casualties from Andy Bouchard's nefarious
                dealings...
                                                                  MOTIVES

                 On December 14, 2005, Andy & Angie Bouchard took  out an $185,000
                Royal Bank mortgage which did not get registered until February 13,
                2006, the day Andy and three others applied for a Peace Bond against sister from
                 B.C. which was dismissed as there was no proof that she was of any threat
                 whatsoever, only concern was that of any loving daughter's concern for her
                 father!
                 It is alleged that Lynda Staub who works at Winnipeg Land Titles office
                 deliberately withheld the registration on her brother's behalf in order
                 that his motives not become public.
                 Andy Bouchard's motive was to sell the homestead without honouring the
                life estate agreement he held with his father since September 2002.
                Andy Bouchard did list the property but was forced to remove the "For Sale"
                sign at the end of the Bouchard Road after public pressure to do so.
