  Lionel Bouchard was living with daughter in B.C. from
  August 2008 to August 2011. 

  In mid August 2011, on his own accord,  Lionel
  Bouchard flew back to Manitoba. accord - basically into
  the hands of family abusers - Andy Bouchard, Lynda
  Staub and Claire Demery.

  Lionel Bouchard was immediately stripped him of what
  little he had left of his 88 years, van, motor home, life
  estate, mortgage due him.

  Then as punishment, Lionel Bouchard was isolated in
  an area out-of-the-way in Winnipeg, a Manitoba
  Housing highrise (Lionel being a farmer) far from his
  home town, to which the telephone is listed in her name.

 Lynda Staub is now controlling his meager pension and
 old age supplement, doling out to her father a meager
 allowance of $20 here and there,
