TWO COUNTS OF THEFT

Andy Bouchard two counts of "theft under $5,000" - theft of his father and sister's cellulars stolen in a fit of rage after having discovered a "Notice" on his father's door that his power of attorney had been revoked. Lionel Bouchard had learned of the deceit which had occured at the hospital cafeteria where he was tricked into signing a power of attorney when presented as part of the insurance and driver licence renewal forms.
Andy further enraged that his oldest and youngest sisters had exposed him for his "plot" to evict their father from his home at a "family gathering" in Winnipeg - this two days after his father's release from the hospital at a time his sister from B.C. had flown out to ensure that their father's wishes to return to his home were honored after Andy Bouchard's unsuccessful attempts to "commit" his father
failed when interrupted by his sister of B.C.!

setting up to ambush his father to remove
him from his home.
Andy Bouchard demanding film from sister's camera at the Grace Hospital, after pictures were taken of his deceiving his father into signing a power of attorney in favour of Andy Bouchard and Lynda Staub without his knowledge, hidden beneath other paperwork presented by Andy Bouchard for his father to sign.
Having no respect for the law whatsoever, Andy Bouchard immediately proceeded to make contact with his father and sister with an Agreement he had pre-signed and which he reneged on immediately!
