            FALSE CLAIM MOVING HIS FATHER TO AN                                                  "ASSISTED-LIVING" COMPLEX

Andy Bouchard informed his siblings that the St. Eustache Manor was an "assisted-living" complex, when in truth it is a low-income Manitoba Housing Complex, with no amenities for seniors, such as doctor, pharmacy, drug stores, etc., other than once a week meals can be purchased if sufficient notice given to do so.

Andy Bouchard, after realizing his power of attorney had been revoked, had his siblings email lawyer David Bradley recommending that Andy be allowed to continue the personal injury suit on behalf of their father.

In Portage La Prairie court room at the time of the Peace Bond applications, Andy stated that he had
agreed in writing to allow his father to return to his home June 2006, a promise he never intended or did he keep witnessed by Lynda Staub.

In his comments to the RCMP, Andy stated that his sister  had mental issues and that the family had been trying to get her help for years.  Contradicting himself  "under oath" in Portage La Prairie Court House, Andy stated that he saw his sister only every three years - at family reunions, inconsistent with his original claim of trying for years "to seek help for his sister".

On February 14, 2006, the Judge in Portage La Prairie confirmed that the agreements Andy Bouchard
signed were only a ruse to get his sister out of town and back to B.C. in order that Andy could continue with his plans to move his father.

In another affidavit, Andy claims that his father had made a complete recovery.  Yet Andy's contradicts himself under oath several times and takes his father to Bruce Jamieson on several occasions, at the St. Eustache Manor on the day of the move February 14, 2006.

Again in August 2008, days before returning to court for his father's possession order, Andy Bouchard drove Bruce Jamieson to the family farm in Elie to ambush his father with yet another uncalled for  assessment on his mental faculties in the hopes of "certifying" his father in order not to honour the life estate agreement entered into in 2002!
