During his hospitalization, Andy Bouchard, Lynda Staub
and Claire Demery plotted to ensure their father never
returned to his home of over fifty yearsin Elie, Manitoba!
Lionel Bouchard, retired farmer and abused senior - evicted from home of over 50 years in February 2006, immediately after full recovery from concussion after slip and fall on ice while attending a friend's funeral, after coming out of hospital by son Andy Bouchard, of Portage La Prairie, daughters Lynda Staub of Rosser and Claire Demery of Teulon, Manitoba.

Together they tried to transfer 2007 Dodge Caravan into their names.
In August 2008. Andy Bouchard offered to buy his Dad a house in Elie - a tactic
Andy used to delay possession order in court rescheduled for days later!
Marcel Bernardin convinced Lionel not to entertain the idea of the house Andy had
in mind, most likely already sold in any case....

Lionel Bouchard alleges he has no recollection or fuzzy at best after his first encounter with Andy Bouchard when Andy arrived to "negotiate" with Bruce Jamieson who performed an assessment on Lionel at the farm at a time the judge was ready to award a possession order for Lionel for his home.
After five hours of negotiations at Mike Slegers between Mike and Andy Bouchard, Lionel
having been sent to bed, and two cases of beer later brought over to Mike's by Andy
Bouchard, Lionel was ushered to his lawyer's office the next morning on the pretense of Andy offering to buy his father a house in Elie (stall tactic) only to have Lionel apply once again for a room at the St. Eustache which Lionel detested so much he moved to Elie in 2007!
At this "unscheduled meeting" at Lionel's lawyer's office the next morning, Andy claimed that
both septic and well had "issues" when this was the furthest thing from the truth - yet another stall tactic to avoid court the following week.
After five hours of negotiations at Mike Slegers between Mike and Andy Bouchard, Lionel
having been sent to bed, and two cases of beer later brought over to Mike's by Andy
