ANDY BOUCHARD & MIKE SLEGERS WAITING TO AMBUSH VAN DRIVER

  Andy Bouchard & Mike Slegers lay in wait all night long to
 ambush the van from B.C. to unload.

Mid-August 2008, Susie Waldner & Johnny Lafreniere reported to Headingley Detachment the fact that they watched throughout the night Andy Bouchard, as well as Mike Slegers, hiding in the bushes across from their place in anticipation of the arrival of the van they had dangerously overloaded full top to bottom, front to back with Lionel's possessions to prevent van from leaving to B.C.

Johnny and Susie's concern, was for the driver and any potential passenger, for their safety especially in light of the fact that they stood in wait all night long to "ambush  the vehicle" upon its arrival....
Andy Bouchard and Mike Slegers had been extremely upset that the RCMP had been called in to assist the private investigators to retrieve the 2007 Dodge van confiscated 2007 Dodge van locked up in Mike Slegers shed, blocked by a 5th wheel and boat on the outside of the door as well, a van made available to Lionel Bouchard for his use by his daughter from B.C. - this while Lionel Bouchard was driven to the Regina Airport for his safety to catch a direct flight to B.C.

The following morning, Mike Slegers informed Susie Waldner that he had been up until 7:30 a.m.
Both Johnny and Susie could smell cigarettes after a truck pulled in quickly and hid in the bushes behind the Credit Union.  Their misgiving is that they did not call the RCMP to have the vehicle searched for weapons.
One can only imagine the fate awaiting the driver had he arrived to unload, what with Mike's past history of stalking his ex-wife with a shotgun in the back lane of her home in Winnipeg.

Of great concern was the fact that Andy is known for his vicious temper and has unlimited access to farm equipment and could easily have dug up a hole  anywhere, that is how upset Andy Bouchard they both were having gotten nowhere reporting Lionel Bouchard's lawyer for "attempted abduction of his client" after checking out the airport to prevent Lionel Bouchard from leaving!
