- evicted their 82 year old father ~ despite life estate agreement in place since 2002 (Click here.) - Andy attended his father's "family-only" 88th birthday party on January 22, 2012, and left immediately with a take-out of Chinese meal for himself. Andy told everyone he couldn't be bothered with his father any more (now that he got what he wanted which wasthe release of the life estate agreement heheld with his father removed after Lionel Bouchard was deniedlegal representation. Lionel's lawyer had been unable to locate or contact him after repeated requests to PeggyKeough, Lionel's sister. (Click here.)
On Lionel Bouchard's 88th birthday, it was blatantly apparent Andy's appearance for "show", while awaiting the caveat to be removed from his property which Andy himself had his father sign September 2011(breach of protection orders) which Winnipeg Land Titles had not yet release until January 2012!
Andy Bouchard's Vicious temper & well-known bullying tactics
- Ken Beaudin was threatened by Andy Bouchard when Ken went to retrieve Lionel's motor home on the Bouchard property whereby Kenrequired the assistance of the RCMP to have it released.(Click above.)
- John Waldner witnessed Andy's violent outburst and outrage at a coffee shop when discussing why Andy was not allowing his father back in his home.
- Joe Hofer of Woodlands Colony encountered the same wrath on another occasion, in similar circumstances
- Andy hid his combine at the Huron Colony having Andy Allard of St. Francois drive there - without the consent of the Boss who then ordered Andy to remove his combines.
Lionel Bouchard "NOT WELCOME" in children's homes!
In the 1970's, Andy's sister visiting from B.C., witnessed an incident when at Andy & Angie's house, (the original house on the Bouchard property), in Elie, whereby Andy refused to allow his father to enter in the house. Mike currently tryingtoextort $5,000 for fuel spill on his property which occurred in 2008 as a result of leak from Mike's 30-yearold hose for illegal farmfuel- as Mike is not classified a farmer by virtue of having only a life-estate to his former property.
